What Scan Orbit Provides
Scan Orbit is a document-scanning and productivity application. Features may include document capture, image processing, OCR, PDF creation, export, compression, password protection, signatures, and other free or paid tools. Available features may change by app version, device, region, or plan.
Acceptable and Prohibited Use
You may use Scan Orbit only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to create or facilitate counterfeit identity documents, forged financial instruments, fraud, unlawful surveillance, copyright infringement, or any other illegal activity.
Your Documents and Responsibility
You retain responsibility for the documents and content you scan, import, edit, export, or share. You must have the legal right to process that content. Scan Orbit's local architecture does not replace your own backup, retention, confidentiality, or compliance obligations.
Paid Features and Plans
Scan Orbit may offer subscriptions, free trials, one-time purchases, or other paid plans. The exact price, trial period, renewal terms, included features, and availability shown in the app or Google Play at the time of purchase control your transaction. Changes, Availability and Updates
We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or change app features. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, Android version, region, or plan. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued functionality.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Scan Orbit is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important documents and verifying exported files before relying on them. Veritan Group is not responsible for losses caused by device loss, app-data deletion, user error, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
